Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

🎀CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled prior to being processed. Once an order is sent for processing, the order is final and cannot be changed.

🎀RETURNS  

Due to the fact that each product is personalized, returns are ONLY accepted if the product is not as described. We also do not accept returns for flammable gasses and battery products.

If an item is not as described or arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days of receiving it so that a new one can be sent to you.
